Music Reference Form

Similar to how we would like a recommendation of character submitted by your life group leader (who knows you better then we do) we would also like a recommendation of craft, one of our five foundational values, by someone who has interacted with you in a musical context.  

Please have someone who has experienced your "craft" as a musician fill out the Music Reference form.  

If you have never utilized your musical gifts in a formal group and have no prior experience this does not disqualify you from participation.  However, music references help give us an indication about where you're at in the development of your craft.
