Evaluation Process

In today's "American Idol culture," the idea of an audition can be scary.  This is the main reason why the audition is one of several steps in our "Evaluation Process."  We are not here to judge talent; rather to help identify if someone has a gifting and a calling to lead worship.  Every person interested in ministering on one of our Platform Teams must go through the evaluation process.  These requirements are prerequisites for participation in platform ministry at The Well Community Church.

"Platform Ministry" Requirements

1. Worship Application

2. Musical Audition

3. Life Group Participation & Leader Reference

4. Music Reference

5. Completion of Discovery, Signed Covenant, and commitment to The Well as "home church"

6. Regular Worship Meeting Attendance

7. Listen to the "Philosophy of Worship" audio

8. Completion of Nashville Numbers 101: Chord Charts and/or Nashville Numbers 101: Vocal Charts

9. Signed "The Well Worship Ministry Commitment" 

10. Worship Interview
